INCREASING CAPACITY OF ROADS, MANAGING CONGESTIONS, REDUCING CRASHES, AND SAVING TAX PAYER’S MONEY
What is Access Management?
Cache Valley does not have a interstate freeway. Higher capacity state roads are critical to the transportation system for the movement of both people and freight. Access management is a management program by which access to land development is provided while preserving the flow of traffic in terms of safety capacity and speed.
